About the platform

Individual development for every single child

Next 11 is an AI football coaching and player development platform for youth academies. It solves one stubborn problem: a coach with hundreds of children cannot realistically write individual feedback for each of them — so most children never get a written record of their progress, and most parents never see one.

With Next 11 the coach finds the child, taps the microphone and speaks. The platform transcribes it, turns it into a structured, professional development update, files it against that child's permanent record, and — if the coach approves it — shares a parent-friendly version with the family.

For coaches and academies

  • A photograph-led database of every child, searchable by age group, team, coach, position and development level.
  • Tap a child, tap the microphone, talk for thirty seconds — AI writes a professional, parent-ready update.
  • The Boot Room: a private coaching league table ranking ability, temperament and Game IQ over six months.
  • Session scheduling, attendance, staff rota and an AI assistant for session plans and drills.

For parents and guardians

  • One secure window into your own child only — linked with a single-use, expiring code approved by the academy.
  • Every coach comment, in plain language, on a timeline you can scroll back through.
  • A development radar and weekly stat card showing exactly where your child is improving.
  • Practical 'how to help at home' guidance and a private academy parent chat.

For the children

  • Their own football card with pace, dribbling, passing, shooting, tackling and teamwork.
  • XP, medals for every ten per cent of improvement, trophies and a development journey.
  • Personal training challenges built by the AI coach around what they want to improve.
  • Age-appropriate language, always positive, never a public league table of children.

What makes it different

Speak, don't type

Coaches are on grass, not at a desk. Voice notes are transcribed and structured automatically, so individual feedback is realistic even with a thousand children.

AI that understands football

Football-specific AI writes updates, session plans and drills, with an internal model as automatic fallback so the app never stalls mid-session.

A permanent record

Every observation, rating, session and attendance mark builds a timeline that follows the child through the academy.

Safeguarding by design

Row-level security in the database, not just in the interface. Parents see one child. Coaches see their academy. Private coaching notes never reach families.

Built to scale

One academy, one thousand children, many coaches — with roles, audit logging and staff access controls from day one.

How a season works

  1. 1

The academy is created and coaches are invited by email with an admin or coach role.

  2. 2

Children are added with a photograph, age group, team, position and development level.

  3. 3

Coaches record voice notes at training; AI writes the update and the coach approves it.

  4. 4

Parents link to their own child with a single-use code and start receiving approved updates.

  5. 5

Children log in to their own card, earn XP and medals, and complete AI training challenges.

  6. 6

The Boot Room shows the coaching staff who is progressing, who has stalled and where to intervene.
